Supplemental Exercises - Nei Gong

These exercises that aims to stretch the whole body could be added additionally to the standing meditation: Click here. Especially, to my opinion, the exercise 9 and 10 will benefit the anxiety caused from stomach and vagus nerve due to mechanical causes such as hiatal hernia.

Finally someone stated what I've been telling everybody- anxiety is NOT in my mind, I can feel that there's a problem with nerve impulses going through my upper spine, neck and back of the head, its MECHANICAL.   2. Hi, finally someone stating what ive been telling for so long- my anxiety is not in my head, it's mechanical. I can feel it. I started having problems after doing tibetan rites and it never went away. Hope to find some relief, i just ordered your book. Is there any way to contact you privately? Greetings from Croatia

    1. Hi, The tibetian rites are problematic because they dont ground the bio-electricity. Zhan Zhuang is safe because the energy is grounded on the feet.
      You have channeled the mind energy into body channels but your channels(nerves + crystalline matrix) do not support its high amount. This can be due to mechanical blockage or congenital.
